Feb 10, 2023, Bellevue, Washington – Growth Natives, a leading digital consumer experience transformation company, is proud to announce the launch of its Women in Tech initiative which aims to empower and encourage women everywhere to join and thrive in the technology world.
The technology industry has traditionally been male-dominated, and Growth Natives wants to change that by providing opportunities for women to succeed in this field. The Women in Tech initiative will offer a variety of resources and support to help women navigate the technology industry, including mentorship programs, networking events, and educational opportunities.
“We believe that diversity and inclusion are essential for the growth and success of our company, and the technology industry as a whole,” said Taran Nandha, Founder and CEO of Growth Natives. “We are committed to promoting gender equality in the professional world and encouraging women of all ages to contribute their talents and skills to this exciting and rapidly-evolving field.”
The Women in Tech initiative will also serve as a platform for women to share their experiences and insights, and to connect with other women in the industry. Growth Natives encourages women to join the initiative and participate in its events and programs.
“We want to create a community of women who can support and inspire each other as they pursue their careers in technology,” said Harshika Chadha, the leader of the Women in Tech initiative. “By working together, we can break down barriers and pave the way for greater representation and success for women in the technology industry.”
